Fishing
Either from the shore or
from our boat, the nearby Wellfleet Lake offers an
abundance of fishing for you to spend the day alone or
with the entire family enjoying the scenic two mile long
lake. The lake is listed as having Bluegill, Channel &
Flathead Catfish, Crappie and Largemouth Bass for you to
enjoy all day long.
Canoeing
Want to just spend the day
touring around the lake? Feel free to take one of our
canoes out and paddle around the 50 surface acres of the
Wellfleet Lake.
Hiking
Hike the trails and hills
of the surrounding land and enjoy the scenic views of
the Loess Canyon area or enjoy the plentiful bird
watching around us.
Paintball
Enjoy the fast paced
action of paintball. Hide among brush and trees as you
lay in wait for your target in the action packed game of
woodsball. Bring your own guns for the fun or for a
small fee use ours.
Horseback
Riding
For a small extra fee, add
the enjoyment of a trail ride on horseback to your
vacation. One of your experienced wranglers will take
you around on a relaxing ride around the trails. have
your own horses? Bring them down and you can board them
with us for a small fee.
Cattle
Branding and Roundup (seasonal)
Come at the right time,
and you can enjoy the experience of a real working
ranch. We'll put you in the work every step of the way
rounding up cattle and branding them.
Fall
Festival
If you come in September,
look forward to the annual Wellfleet Fall Festival held
on the second Saturday in September, touting a beef
barbeque, parade, horse races, and many more events for
all ages, it's sure to be a good time. |
